If you would like to join the reception, you need to pay the reception fee separately from the registration fee.
Accompanying persons are also required to pay the reception fee.

Confirmation Letter / Receipt |
|
Upon receiving your application and fee, the registration desk will send you a confirmation letter with your registration number by post. Please remember to bring this confirmation letter to the registration desk in order to pick up your materials upon arrival at the congress venue. |

Correction / Cancellation |
|
For modification, please contact the secretariat directly by fax or email.
Cancellation must be made to the registration desk in writing either by letter, fax or e-mail. The amount of refund will depend on the date of cancellation, as follows:
Cancellations received by June 30, 2007: full refund
Cancellations received between July 1, 2007 and 31: 50% refund.
Cancellations received on or after July 31, 2007: No refund.
Refunds will be issued in the same method of payment.
